Global Investigator (APAC)

TRM Labs is seeking a Global Investigator for its remote triage team, focusing on combating crypto-related crime. In this role, you will be responsible for processing incoming complaint data, validating results from the AI investigation platform, and directing cases into investigative workflows. Your decisions will determine the outcomes of complaints, such as freezing assets or initiating legal processes. You will also need to identify and correct AI errors, enrich complaint data using various commercial sources, and ensure smooth transitions during shift changes to maintain operational continuity. The position requires at least four years of investigative or analytical experience, particularly in blockchain analysis, along with a proven ability to trace funds across different chains and link addresses to real-world entities. The role is suited for individuals with strong judgment skills and a background in both public and private sector investigations. This position operates remotely, providing flexibility while requiring coverage during EMEA hours to ensure ongoing case management.
