Real Estate Paralegal

Unison Infrastructure is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join their team in a remote full-time position. The role involves managing a pipeline of real estate transactions across the United States, updating closing checklists, and preparing closing packages. Responsibilities also include conducting due diligence by reviewing leases, title commitments, and site inspections, as well as drafting and reviewing legal descriptions. Candidates should have 4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal, preferably in a mid to large-sized law firm, and must hold a bachelor's degree. Familiarity with solar and wind ground leases or wireless leases is advantageous. Proficiency in tools such as Office, Sharepoint, Salesforce, GIS, and deed plotting software is required. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit, along with a passion for learning and a sense of humor.
