The RTO Manager runs a Regional Technology Office as its own business: winning new work, estimating it, and delivering it profitably. This is a combined sales and operations leadership role. The manager is responsible for the office's revenue, margin, and customer relationships, and leads a team of project managers and field technicians. The right candidate has hands-on experience across our full range of services, including structured cabling (copper and fiber), access control, and video surveillance (CCTV). They can walk a site, scope the work, build the estimate, close the deal, and make sure the job is installed right. Estimating support is available, but our most successful RTO Managers prepare many of their own bids.
