Finance Manager, Marketing

Zapier is seeking a Finance Manager to support its marketing team in a fully remote capacity. This role involves managing the financial aspects of marketing, including headcount, budget, and channel investments, while linking marketing activities to revenue outcomes. The Finance Manager will report to the Head of GTM Finance and collaborate closely with marketing leadership, as well as Sales and Corporate FP&A teams, to ensure alignment between marketing and overall company financials. Candidates should have 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in marketing or go-to-market organizations. A background in Big 4 Accounting, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting is preferred, along with a strong ability to manage budgets comprehensively and communicate variances effectively. This position is ideal for individuals who are experienced in financial management and comfortable with ownership of operating expenses.
