Resume builder: tailor a CV to the job you found
Victra writes a resume for one vacancy at a time, from the CV you already have. It reads your file, keeps what it says, and rewrites the emphasis for the role in front of you — then scores what it produced against that vacancy’s own requirements and names the words it missed.
Four templates, five colour schemes
Modern is a two-column layout with a sidebar; Classic is single-column with a centred header; Minimal is single-column and free on every plan; ATS-friendly is plain single-column text with the colour schemes switched off, because an applicant tracking system ignores colour and a layout that helps a human read can confuse a parser. Colours are Classic blue, Navy, Teal, Charcoal and Burgundy, and a photo can be added or left off per template.
How the keyword score is computed
The keywords are the vacancy’s own required-skills list; when that list holds fewer than five entries, capitalised words from the job title are added. Each keyword is looked for in the whole resume — summary, titles, every experience line, skills, education, projects and certifications. A single word must match as a whole word, on a Unicode letter-or-digit boundary, so it works the same in Latin, Cyrillic and Armenian, and "React" does not match "Reactor". A keyword of two or more words must appear as the whole phrase. The score is the number matched divided by the number looked for. It is a heuristic, not a simulation of any particular applicant tracking system, and its purpose is the list of missed words rather than the number.
What it reads
A PDF, or a photograph of a printed CV, up to 10 MB. DOCX is not supported — export it to PDF first. A resume on hh.ru can be imported by connecting the account. What it reads is parsed into name, contacts, skills, experience and education, all of them editable; the corrections are kept and used for matching vacancies afterwards, so fixing a parse once improves what you are shown.
Tailored to one vacancy, not to a template
Pick one of the vacancies your assistant found and the resume is written for it. A short "focus on" note steers the emphasis — leadership, backend performance, a domain — and stays in force when the draft is regenerated. If the CV leaves something out, a few tappable questions ask for it: the size of a team, what you owned, the scale of a system. Answers are used as given; nothing is invented, and an answer is reused on the next resume built from the same CV.
Three languages, chosen per resume
A resume can be written in English, Russian or Armenian regardless of the language you read the site in — the two are set separately, because the language of an application is the employer’s and the language of an interface is yours.
What it does not do
Victra finds vacancies, scores them against your experience and drafts the materials. It does not send an application on your behalf, and it does not invent experience you do not have: every line it writes is traceable to your CV or to an answer you gave.

Is the resume builder free?
The Minimal and ATS-friendly templates are available on the free plan, along with a monthly allowance of generated resumes. Paid plans raise that allowance and add the Modern and Classic templates, A/B variants and bulk generation. The exact limits are on the pricing page.
What is an ATS-friendly resume?
One a parser can read: a single column, no sidebar, no colour, no text inside images. Our ATS template is that layout, and its colour schemes are switched off deliberately. The keyword score beside it tells you which of the vacancy’s required words are missing from your text.
Can I edit the resume after it is generated?
Yes. Every block — header, summary, experience, education, skills, languages — is editable, and the template, colour and photo can be swapped afterwards without losing the text. The PDF is re-rendered in place.
Do you keep my CV?
The CV you upload and the resumes generated from it are stored in your account so you can come back to them, and they are deleted with the account. Deleting the account is self-service and is described on the account deletion page.
