For job seekers
AI job search assistant
Upload your resume once. Victra builds a search from it — the roles you have held, your skills, your level, where you can work — and an assistant runs that search for you on a schedule, scoring every vacancy it finds against your experience. You open the app to the jobs that fit, not to one more list to read.
It starts from your resume
Upload a PDF or a photo of your CV. The assistant takes your roles, skills, experience and languages from it and proposes the search. You can change the job titles, the keywords, the city and whether remote roles count before it runs.
Where it searches
LinkedIn, Google, company career sites and regional job boards, together with the vacancies employers publish on Victra itself. Which sources an assistant reaches depends on your plan.
How often it runs
On a schedule, day and night, without you opening the site: several times on the first day, then once a day. You can also start a run yourself at any time.
How it decides what fits
Every vacancy is first compared with your resume on keywords, and the ones that pass are read by AI against your experience. Each gets a match percentage with your strengths for the role, the gaps and whether the level fits. Only vacancies above the threshold you set become matches.
How it tells you
When a run finds new matches you get a notification in the app and a push on the Android app — a few a day at most, so it never turns into noise. Everything it found stays in the assistant, with the best matches first.
What it does not do
It does not apply on your behalf and it does not invent experience. It finds, scores and explains; you decide where to apply. The tailored resume and cover letter it can draft for a vacancy are yours to edit before you send them.
Questions
Is the AI job search assistant free?
Yes. The free plan includes assistants that search on a schedule and a monthly number of AI analyses. Paid plans reach more sources and include more analyses.
Do I have to fill in a long profile?
No. Upload your resume and the assistant builds the search from it. You can adjust the titles, keywords and location afterwards.
Which countries does it cover?
Anywhere the connected sources publish vacancies: on-site roles in the city you choose and remote roles open to candidates in your country.
Will employers see my resume?
Only if you choose to be found. Your resume is used to search for you. An employer sees your profile only if you opt in to being discoverable, and your name and contacts only when you accept their request.
