For job seekers
Match your resume to jobs with AI
A job title and a keyword do not tell you whether you fit a role. Victra reads the vacancy and your CV side by side and answers with a match percentage — and, more useful than the number, the reasons: what in your experience fits, what is missing, and whether the role is above or below your level.
Two passes, the cheap one first
Every vacancy is first compared with your resume on keywords — skills, job titles, technologies. Only the ones that pass are read by AI, which compares the whole description with your experience. That is why the score comes with an explanation rather than a word count.
What a match shows you
A match percentage, a one-line summary, your strengths for this role, the gaps, tips for closing them, and a verdict on level: a match, overqualified or underqualified.
A threshold you set
Each assistant has a minimum match that you choose. Vacancies below it are not shown as matches, so a strict threshold gives you fewer, closer roles and a looser one casts a wider net.
From a match to an application
From a matched vacancy you can build a resume tailored to it, draft a cover letter, and follow the application on a board from saved to offer.
Three languages
Vacancies and CVs in English, Russian and Armenian are matched across languages, and the explanation is written in the language you use the site in.
What the score is not
It is an estimate made from two texts: the vacancy and your CV. It does not see an employer’s internal criteria, and it never changes your resume by itself.
Questions
How accurate is the match score?
It is an estimate from the vacancy text and your CV, not a prediction of the employer’s decision. The strengths and gaps are the useful part: they tell you what to show and what to prepare.
Is resume matching free?
Yes. The free plan includes a monthly number of AI analyses; paid plans include more.
Can I upload a PDF or a photo of my CV?
Yes. A PDF or a photo works; the text is read from it, and if something could not be read the assistant tells you what was missing.
What does “overqualified” mean here?
The role asks for less experience than your CV shows. It is not a rejection — it is a signal to check the level and the pay before you apply.
