Mid-Market Implementation Specialist - Americas

Ashby is seeking a Mid-Market Implementation Specialist to join their remote Professional Services team within the Customer Success organization. In this role, you will manage the complete implementation process for Ashby’s solutions tailored to Mid-Market and smaller enterprise clients, handling around 15 active projects simultaneously, each lasting between four to eight weeks. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing implementation plans that enhance customer experiences and ensure quick realization of value from the product. Candidates should have significant experience in leading implementation and onboarding projects within high-growth B2B SaaS environments, demonstrating skills in project management, stakeholder alignment, and effective communication. Familiarity with complex SaaS systems, including understanding shared configurations and data models, is essential. While knowledge of Ashby’s platform is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The position is fully remote, with occasional travel required for customer engagements, making it suitable for individuals who thrive in a remote-first work environment.
