Talent Acquisition Consultant (Contract)

Cologix, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant for a temporary contract role, fully remote, to support their Data Center Operations team. The consultant will work closely with department managers to create detailed job descriptions and establish hiring criteria. Daily responsibilities include managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. The role also involves conducting initial candidate screenings and providing recommendations to the hiring team. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience. They should be able to quickly grasp the complex requirements of specialized positions. This position is suitable for individuals with experience in talent acquisition, particularly in technical or specialized roles. The contract is expected to last for four to five months, covering a leave of absence.
