Lead Solutions Architect - Generative AI (EMEA Emerging DNB)

Databricks is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect specializing in Generative AI to join their EMEA Emerging Digital Natives and Startups team. This remote role involves working closely with digital-native and cloud-native companies, helping them transition innovative GenAI ideas into production-ready solutions. Daily responsibilities include serving as a technical authority on Generative AI and large language models (LLMs), collaborating with Solutions Architects and Account teams to design and implement GenAI use cases, and developing hands-on proofs of concept. The position requires expertise in operationalizing large-scale LLM and deep learning workloads using Databricks tools such as Mosaic AI and MLflow. Candidates should have a strong background in applied machine learning and experience with fine-tuning and customizing open LLMs. The role is suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and can effectively influence customer roadmaps. This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility for candidates based in the UK.
