Health & Safety Manager

Firebird.ai is seeking a Health & Safety Manager for its data center campus in Yerevan. This permanent, site-based position involves establishing and enhancing the company's health and safety management framework, focusing on both construction and operational activities. The manager will ensure compliance with Armenian regulations, Firebird standards, and international best practices, while also managing community health and safety risks. Daily responsibilities include developing and maintaining health and safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and directly engaging with contractors and operations teams to address unsafe practices. The role requires the authority to halt any work that poses an imminent risk of serious injury, with support from senior management. Candidates should possess relevant experience in occupational health and safety management and familiarity with international standards such as IFC Performance Standards and World Bank EHS Guidelines.
