Vice President of Marketing

Latitude Food Group is hiring a Vice President of Marketing in Orlando, Florida to lead marketing, brand, and public relations for Tijuana Flats and &pizza. Reporting to the CEO, the role shapes long-term marketing plans, manages the campaign schedule, and oversees brand standards, digital and social activity, local marketing, advertising, budgets, vendors, and agency relationships. It also manages the Director of Marketing and has indirect oversight of the wider marketing team across both brands. This position suits a senior marketing leader who can work across two very different restaurant identities, use both creativity and data, and focus on sales growth, guest engagement, and brand loyalty.
