Primary Care Registered Nurse (RN)

Sentara Health is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team at Sentara Family Medicine Chimney Hill in Virginia Beach, VA. The role involves providing patient care in a clinic setting, where the nurse will assess patients, assist with medical procedures, administer medications and immunizations, and offer education and care coordination. Daily responsibilities include managing triage, follow-up communications, and clinical documentation in the electronic health record. The position requires an Associate’s degree in nursing, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred, along with a current state RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Candidates should ideally have one to two years of experience in ambulatory care or medical-surgical settings. The role is suited for individuals who are committed to patient-centered care and improving community health. The clinic operates Monday through Friday during daytime hours, making it a standard first shift position. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is available for qualified applicants.
