Operations Manager - KSA & UAE

Stryker is seeking an Operations Manager for its markets in KSA and UAE, with the position based in either Riyadh or Dubai. The role involves overseeing all operational activities, including customer service, logistics, and asset management. The successful candidate will develop and implement operational strategies, manage talent, and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency. Building relationships across various functions and leading cross-functional projects are key responsibilities, along with ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Candidates should possess a degree in business or logistics and have at least five years of relevant experience, ideally in logistics and customer-facing roles, along with three years in people management. Experience in a multinational company is preferred, and fluency in English is required, with Arabic being an advantage. Familiarity with process improvement tools such as Lean or Six Sigma is also beneficial. This role is suited for individuals with strong leadership skills and a background in complex organizational environments.
