Operations Manager - KSA & UAE

Stryker is seeking an Operations Manager for its markets in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, with the position based in either Riyadh or Dubai. Additionally, three years of experience in people management is required. Fluency in English is essential, while knowledge of Arabic is considered advantageous. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is also beneficial. This position is suited for individuals with experience in multinational organizations and complex environments.
