Senior Pre- & Post-Sales Customer Engineer, Enterprise

Pendo is seeking a Senior Pre- & Post-Sales Customer Engineer to join their Customer Engineering team in a remote capacity, focusing on a West Coast territory. In this role, you will manage strategic Enterprise accounts throughout their lifecycle, including acquisition, implementation, and expansion. Daily tasks involve collaborating with Account Directors on pre-sales activities, identifying customer challenges, and delivering tailored demonstrations. You will also lead complex onboarding processes, create customer-specific implementation playbooks, and ensure clients realize the value of their investments over time. The position requires strong technical strategy skills and the ability to guide complex deployments while enhancing the capabilities of the Customer Engineering team through playbooks and coaching. Candidates should have experience in customer success, technical account management, or solutions engineering. The role is ideal for individuals who excel in a remote work environment and possess a strong understanding of technical execution related to business outcomes.
