Technical Support Specialist

Vox Master LLC is seeking a Junior Network Operations Center (NOC) Specialist to join their team in Yerevan, Armenia. This role involves daily management and monitoring of network service operations, providing technical support to clients and the sales team, and addressing client-reported issues through Trouble Tickets. The successful candidate will analyze data related to these issues, create and send Trouble Tickets, and ensure that technical problems are resolved efficiently. Proficiency in Windows operating systems and MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, is essential for data analysis and communication. Candidates should possess sufficient technical knowledge and demonstrate strong written communication skills in both English and Russian. Attention to detail and effective time management are crucial for success in this position. The role is office-based, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. This position is ideal for individuals with some experience in technical support or a related IT field.
